Bogdana Nikolova Jeliavska is a judge from 1991. From 2004 judge in Sofia city court.

Bulgarian contact point to the European Judicial Network on civil and commercial law.
President of the Bulgarian Judge Association, President of the Child Support Association, Member of the International Association of Family Judges (IAFJ).
1990 Law Diploma from Sofia University.
UNED de Madrid, Spain – Diploma in Law.
I speak Spanish, English, French and Russian.
2012 – 2013 Leader of the BSA Project “Interaction of NGO in the sphere of the justice in Bulgaria” with the partnership of the Spanish Association of Magistrates “Francisco de Vitoria”.
Leader of the Project “Challenges of the legal community at the integration of people with disabilities”, with the partnership of the Spanish Association of Magistrates “Francisco de Vitoria”.
