Aneli Gincheva Chobanova was born in Ruse, Bulgaria.

1984 – Engineer – “Ship energetic machines and mechanisms”, Master– Technical University, Varna.

1992 – Postgraduate qualification on “Pedagogy” in Veliko Tarnovo University.

1998 – Lawyer – Law, Master, University of Ruse.

2000 – till now – Lawyer in “Lawyer in Ruse”.

Till 2000 – Manager of ship agency “Inflot”, Ruse.

2001 – 2005 – Member of the National Assembly in the 39^th National Assembly – founder and leader of parliamentary group “Parliamentarians for interaction with people with disabilities and persons in disadvantage position in Bulgaria.

2005 – 2012 – Member of the Commission for Protection Against Discrimination.

President of Confederation for Protection against Discrimination.
