Kai Orlinov was born in 2004.

The same year he starts playing the violin he is admitted into the National School of Music “Lyubomir Pipkov”, Sofia in the violin class of Blagorodna Taneva.

He has prizes from the following competitions:

1. International competition for young violinists, Nis, Serbia – 2013 first prize

2. National competition for performance of Bulgarian music “Varban Varbanov”, Burgas, Bulgaria – 2014 second prize

3. International competition “Young Virtuosos”, Sofia, Bulgaria – 2015 second prize

4. National competition “Orpheus Gift”, Sofia, Bulgaria – 2015 first prize and gold medal.
In 2014 he participated in the prof. Dora Schwarzberg’s master class, organized by the National School of Music “Lyubomir Pipkov”.
Kai takes part in different school’s concerts.

6. Participation in “In memory of Georgi Badev” with Hungarian Dance No 2 by Johannes Brahms (16.03.2016)

7. Soloist of Vidin Symphony concert with Zigeunerweisen (Gypsy Airs) from P. de Sarasate (21.02.2016)

8. Successful participations in Workshop Vienna with the compositions: Henri Vieuxtemps – Concerto No 4, P. de Sarasate – Sérénade Andalouse (Romance Andalouse) – duet with the famous violinist Zornitsa Ilarionova

9. International competition “Nedialka Simeonova” in Haskovo, Bulgaria – first prize

10. Soloist of Vidin Symphony with Max Bruch – Concerto No 1

11. On 08.03.2017 he participates in a concert of the Bulgarian State Conservatoire (Pancho Vladigerov National Academy of Music) after winning a competition for pupils – soloists.

12. First and special prize from Union of Bulgarian Musicians and Dancers on the 12th National concert for pupils – accompanists, Pleven, Bulgaria – 2017

13. First prize from the international competition “E-muse”, Greece.
